Ministry Area: Worship & Prayer
Purpose
Term: 3 years.
Role Summary:
This person is to recruit and train ushers for Sunday morning worship. A list of these ushers is provided to the church office, so it can be published in the church newsletter. There should be two ushers for each service. If the usher is unable to be at the service, he/she should secure someone else to serve for that Sunday. A list of the usher’s duties has been posted on the back of the door in the sound and lighting control room.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit ushers.
2. Train ushers.
3. Schedule ushers.
